Hello! Thank you for being interested in serving during our upcoming Ryan Stevenson concert! Please review the different serving opportunities below, and then fill out the form. Please select which concert you are signing up for. 

Parking Team - The parking team are the first people visitors will see as they pull onto campus. With a pure welcoming spirit, our parking team helps people find parking spots before the show, and helps direct people off campus after the show.

Greeting Team - After the parking team, the greeters are the second round of people visitors see coming into the church building.  There are different stations for greeters: Front doors (takes tickets), handicap door (takes tickets), lobby, and the worship center doors. It is our goal as greeters to welcome everyone with a great smile, giving people directions within the church, if needed. In addition, all greeters serve as "Missions Runners" during the intermission of the concert. Missions Runners take pamphlets out to anyone who raises their hand willing to financially support the given mission

Cafe Team - The cafe is open throughout the entire night. Cafe volunteers help serve food and drinks throughout the night and take turns going in to enjoy the concert themselves. All Cafe volunteers are needed during intermission and for clean-up after the concert.

Setup / Teardown Team - The setup and teardown team helps the artist's team unload their equipment as well as set up the stage several hours before the concert. After the concert, the teardown team helps the artist's team tear down the stage, load equipment into their buses, and helps reset the church stage for Sunday services.

REQUIRED TIME TO SHOW UP DAY OF CONCERT - 5:00pm
